What does the role entail?
Our Assistant Store Managers are entrepreneurial leaders with a hands-on mentality. You’ll be able to take over the daily management of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

You’ll work closely with your Store Manager on store administration—from inventory management to HR administration and creating schedules. You are independent and confident in making decisions. Just as importantly, you’re capable of energizing and motivating the team to achieve commercial goals together. You want to be a part of Super Retail and demonstrate that by thinking along with us and sharing your experiences. Naturally, you ensure that your store always looks clean and well-organized!

What are we looking for in you?
Working in one of our stores requires energetic, analytical, and pragmatic managers. Someone who knows what they want, is flexible, and goal-oriented. You make both customers and colleagues happy, you’re entrepreneurial, and a true team player. You’re aware of what’s going on in the team and know what’s needed for better performance. You have strong communication skills and value customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for retail and understands the field. You’re familiar with current retail offerings and preferably have several years of experience. You hold an MBO diploma, ideally in retail. You’re flexible with your workdays—we are open Monday through Saturday and have Sunday openings in December.
